Ryan Gosling, 'ReGENERATION' Trailer

#ReGENERATION," produced and narrated by Ryan Gosling, is a documentary that takes a look at how political apathy among young people ultimately contributed to the Occupy Wall Street movement.
The film explores the widespread cynicism of today's younger generations and features some of the worlds leading scholars, activists, and media personalities, including Andrew Bacevich, Noam Chomsky, Talib Kweli, Kalle Lasn, Amy Goodman, Sound Tribe Sector 9 (STS9), and the late Howard Zinn. Those featured share insights on how the seedlings of ideas can transform into inspiring movements and incite change.
"#ReGENERATION" explores how education, parenting, and media can shape society, as the film traces the influence of these institutions on the generation's collective culture.
Each group the film features brings their own unique perspective to the forefront, from an inspired collective of musicians working outside the corporate system to a twenty-something conservative family about to welcome the birth of their second child. A group of five high-school students from the suburbs looking for their place in society is also profiled.
"#ReGENERATION" will have a limited release in theaters on May 3. It will also be available OnDemand and and in theaters anywhere across the country via crowd-sourced screenings at Tugg.com.

Ryan Gosling All Bruised and Bloody - Photo

Mon., Mar. 26, 2012 7:00 PM PDT by Bruna Nessif

Ryan Gosling

Who dared mess with a perfect face?
Ryan Gosling was photographed looking, well, a little more than just under the weather, with his black-and-blue, swollen eye sockets and bloody...everything.
But before you start panicking at what could potentially be the destruction of one of our favorite pieces of eye candy, we should tell you...
It's fake! Phew.
Gosling was in Thailand on the set of his latest flick Only God Forgives, about a Bangkok police lieutenant and a gangster settling their differences in a Thai boxing match.
We're not sure whether Ryan's face means he won or not.
Either way, happy to know  that Gosling is OK.

Diane Keaton wants to kiss Ryan Gosling

by Lanford Beard

Diane-Keaton

The list of men Diane Keaton has kissed on screen reads like an Academy Awards publicist’s clipboard — on a good year. Still, the actress has her eye on one young whippersnapper who has thus far eluded her lips: Ryan Gosling.
In an interview on Canada’s The Marilyn Denis Show, Keaton joked, “Here’s the deal with me: I’ve kissed a lot of men on film,” then rattled off a crazy-impressive slew of names. “I really feel I deserve an award.” And that award, apparently, is the pleasure of Gosling’s company. What, Diane, an Oscar isn’t enough? Now you want the almost-Sexiest Man Alive, too? Don’t be greedy, girl. Okay, be greedy. We understand. Also? Get in line.

Walt Disney fake Ryan Gosling movie

This is when art imitating life needs to become a reality!
Check out this wicked cool mock-poster of an imaginary biopic of Walt Disney, with Ryan Gosling in the title role and Ron Howard serving as director, created by French graphic artist Pascal Witaszek (above)!
Isn't this just too, too RAD?!
Like to the point that someone needs to start a petition to make this happen!
How could Ryan say no?! He got his start as a Mickey Mouse-er!
Ha!

The Ryan Gosling Workout Routine

Ryan Gosling has one the most enviable body among the male stars of today. He is a fitness freak and his exercise regimen has helped him shape up his body to a muscular v-shaped taper with chest and shoulder muscles that have been chiselled to perfection.
Though the star himself has never spoken about his workout routine, there are many who have been speculating over it. There was a time during and after the making of “The Notebook” when the actor had a slightly less defined waist due to the presence of fat on his waist and stomach, though he was never out of shape. But he has worked hard on his body and the results are evident from the lean and muscular physique he is sporting these days. He is clearly looking his best in “Crazy, Stupid, Love.” The Ryan Gosling workout secrets have finally been revealed by his trainer Ashley Borden.

Ryan Gosling workout secrets 02
The Ryan Gosling workout routine consists of 4-8 repetitions of incline bench press, weighted wide grip dips, pull ups for the chest, abs and back muscles and hanging leg raises with cable rows for strengthening leg muscles and shaping up the abs and back muscles. For the arms, shoulders and intervals he does 4-8 repetitions of seated dumbbell shoulder press, standing dumbbell curls and skull crushers. 3-10 repetitions of lateral raises and Bent over rear delts help strengthen his shoulder, arms and side muscles for that V-taper and the lean muscular look.
His exercise routine has been stretched out over a week’s period with resting days in between. Ideally you should rest for 60 seconds between the sets if you are doing 10-12 repetitions, 90 seconds for 8 repetitions and 2-3 minutes for 5 repetitions. Around 30 repetitions distributed over 4-5 exercise sets is considered ideal for bodybuilding. If you are doing more repetitions per set it will lead to quick build-up of muscles whereas lesser repetitions would lead to a slow build-up of dense muscles. The range should be between 5-12 repetitions per set.
Ryan Gosling has a lean muscular physique with around 10% body fat. He has a good metabolism and a slim frame. The Ryan Gosling workout routine in combination with a nutritious low calorie and low carb diet has helped Ryan achieve the photoshop abs, a very lean waistline and the muscular frame. The Ryan Gosling workout exercises mostly focus on the upper part of the body, chest, shoulders and upper back. He has perfectly toned legs which are muscular without being beefy.

Are Ryan Gosling And Eva Mendes On The Rocks??

Ryan Gosling’s relationship with Eva Mendes is hurtling towards the rocks. According to the Daily Mail, the ‘Drive’ star was spotted having dinner with a German model in Cape Town.
Gosling reportedly told friends that he needed time to think after problems started to surface in his six-month romance with Mendes. The 31-year-old actor has been camping out at the One & Only Hotel at the V&A Waterfront. He was later seen dining with his mystery blonde at the fashionable Grand Cafe in Granger Bay. According to a source, Gosling was “entranced” by his dinner date.
“Ryan and Eva are having trouble seeing eye to eye,” said the source.
“He was having dinner with a blonde model who said she was from Berlin.
“He tried to disguise himself with a woolly hat and scarf and seemed eager not to be noticed as they sat at a beach table, but he was clearly entranced by her.”
A spokesperson for Mendes, however, insists that the couple are still together.
The pair met during filming for the thriller The Place Beyond The Pines. The film is due out later this year and producers fear that their star couple may announce their break-up before the promotional tour.
In an interview with Marie Claire last month, Mendes gushed over the experience of working with Gosling.
“He’s your dream co-star,” the 38-year-old actress said. “I have never felt so creatively satisfied on a film. He’s amazing.” - IOL
