Ryan Gosling, Justin Bieber, Ashton Kutcher And More Celebrate New Year's Eve
Justin Bieber rocks out with Carlos Santana.
Us common folks spend New Years even hopping from house party to
house party, pressed up against a rando at a crowded bar or (for the
unfortunate ones) working. Celebrities, however, turn this someone what
meaningless holiday into an extravaganza, complete with Crystal and
1,000 of their closest friends. Here's how some of the hottest stars
celebrated the end of 2011.
Ryan Gosling

Many of us wish we could have kissed
this actor at midnight. Unfortunately, he spent the night with co-star
and girlfriend Eva Mendes in New York City. The two left the Bowery
Hotel early in the evening and headed to a big bash. The couple tried,
and failed, to hide from the paparazzi. By the way Ryan, what was in
that backpack?
Vanessa Hudgens

The
actress hasn't tried to hide her relationship with Austin Butler.
Earlier in the day, the two showed some serious (and semi-skanky) PDA by
the pool of their hotel. That evening, they couldn't keep their hands
off each other during a New Year's Eve party at the Fontainebleau Hotel
in Miami. At least they didn't miss their midnight kiss.
Ashton Kutcher

And
he says she's just a friend. The recently divorced actor rang in 2012
in Athens, Greece with with screenwriter Lorene Scarfaria. They can deny
their relationship all they want, but you don't spend the holidays in Italy with a super hot girl friend. Didn't he learn anything from
No Strings Attached?
Kate Middleton

The Duchess of Cambridge kept to her classy, low-key personality on Saturday evening. Although she and Prince William originally planned
on spending the night with his family in Scotland, the two opted for a
trip to Berkshire, England. There, the couple celebrated at a backyard
garden party thrown by Middleton's sister Pippa. They danced the night away under a $5,000 reindeer hide tent. At least they kept the Christmas spirit going.
Justin Bieber

No one had a more hectic New Year's Eve than Justin Bieber. The singer spent most of the evening in Times Square as part of
Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve,
where debut his and Jaden Smith's duet "Happy New Year." Once the ball
dropped, he rushed to Glass House where he hosted a private party.
Bieber, Selena Gomez (who performed at
MTV's New Year's Eve Special) and other guests danced until three in the morning.
